Well I wanted to introduce everyone to my friends in Svay Rieng, this is Lindsey, and Michael dressed up in their Vietnmese hats, at Lindsey's house in Svay Rieng which is about 300m away from my house, so great to have some friends nearby!
This is the group, Colin, Papa (Lindsey's Cambodian family), Lindsey, Michael and Me!
Matt and Maggie (see the photo below) are two ex-pats who have been living in Svay Rieng for about a year now and are just about to leave at the end of June! I will miss them a lot as they have really helped to getme established here, as well as donating a large pile of dvd's to me!
They had a leaving party about 3 weeks ago and this is Nora and Colin (both Peace Corp vols) at the at theparty, itwas very exciting because there were around 25 expats at the party from S.R and PP.
This is Matt and Maggie, they are from Washington USA, and Maggies worked in Svay Rieng as a Programme officer forthe HIV AIDS programme with CRS, Matt worked at a shelter for the protection of trafficked girls. I wish them well on their travels and return to America. xx
