This is Anna and I at the Mountain Village Cafe which Nakray my Cambodian mudai (mother)owns. We are enjoying a vegeterian pho (fur) a vietnamese soup. YUM! Me and chopsticks have become like an extension of my hand, so easy to use!This is of course back in Phnom Penh, real food was just amazing! I ate at a french restaurant with Guillaume and Anna the first night back and it was just yummy I really miss western food, as Khmer food is so different and rice is brekkie lunch and dinner! with always fish and sometimes other delicacies!

Dinner with Tong, Anna and Navi, Tong my friend from work and Navi a friend of a friend of Anna's who we have met one other time, he was a former policeman in PP, but is now looking for a job. We enjoyed dinner together at an Indonesian restaurant where the menu was all in Englsh so we had to order for them! Such a change to the countryside where Tong does all my meals for me!Tomorrow I have a meeting in PP with the World Health Organisation (WHO) and my boss, then Tuesday back to Svay Rieng, for one more day of work before Khmer New Year (Jong Chnam Khmer). Lots of partying to be had and I am looking forward to Anna joining me. So farhave had heaps of invites to pagodas and the like so should be a good time! Maybe won't be back in PP for at least 2 weeks and possibly even a month, so not sure of internet usage!

Yaaaay Fi! I have to say that I love reading up on all our adventures in your blog! It's good to see the photos all 'published' and to laugh at the little bits you have shared (hehehe and I know all the bits you have left out too!! hehehe). Hope things are fun down in S.R. Can't wait to get down there and see some more of the country side. I don't think I'll ever get used to being a city girl!
