Today my Cambodian visa arrived, it is only for 3 months! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH A VISA FOR 3 MONTHS WHEN I WANT TO BE THERE FOR 9! Drama! Hopefully VSA has sorted this for me but who knows, Tuesday is approaching at the speed of a fighter jet on E, and I'm still not ready, not packed properly, not said goodbye to everyone, eeek!

This is Rachael, she will be joining me in Cambodia a couple of months after I arrive, should be good times, someone to chat with and speak English again!


I did something cool last night though, with the help of one of the ladies at work Adele I made a skirt, chose and bought the material, cut out the pattern, sewed it together, overlocked the sides, inserted a zip and now I have a new skirt, was potentially one of the most satisfying things I have done in a long time! I must really learn to sew properly when I get back!

This model boat is what my friend Ed has been working on for months now, I think it's fascinating you would not believe the amount of time and money these things consume, however I wanted to show it off coz I think it's rad.
