Super short

Sorry this is just a super short post as its 10.10pm and the internet cafe wants to close! I am heading up to Angkor Wat for 3 days tomorrow so will not have internet for a while. Recently I have done some cool stuff like visit Svay Rieng where I will be living my 'rural retreat' have not yet got any photos, but shall put some on when I get back!

Also I visited Teoul Sleng Museum (Genocide Museum) its a very scary and harrowing place, basically its a high school that during the Pol Pot Regime 1975-1979 got turned into what was called S-21 the torture and killing prison, of the 14000 or so people that were prisoners only 7 survived.

There are skulls and the torture equipment set up for people to view, along with stories of families of the people that were killed, the whole place made me feel terrible but Im pleased I went to visit. Potentially what was or is worse is that these people have never been brought to justice. The Cambodians are trying to forget and move on, sad but thats life.
